Responded quickly, within an hour of my call. Texted me a picture of the technician when he was on the way. Informed me of the cost before making the repairs. Recommended I get a pressure reduction valve, but did not pressure me. Showed me a picture of the repair. The technician, Mario, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I thought the price was a little high given that the repair was simple (replace a cracked T-joint), but the quick response and quality of repair made it worth it.

Our water bill doubled in the last month, so we called William Parrish and scheduled a diagnostic service. Javier was able to quickly diagnose the issue, locate, and fix the leak in our wet/moldy crawl space. He had all the tools and parts to do the job, and I appreciate his attention to detail and craftsmanship! He was frank and honest about the repair price with us and our landlord. He provided several options for all the work we needed, walking us through warranties and payment plans. They came back the next day to install my new water heater and answered all of my questions and concerns.
