Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits available after 90 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our plumbing services.
- Schedule appointments for service calls and ensure efficient use of our technicians' time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as needed.

Qualifications:
