We had our downstairs flood twice in two days due to a failed flap and a broken pipe which a tree root had grown into. Unfortunately, HOI did not cover this. Despite the circumstances, William Parrish was easy to work with. They quickly came to the house, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it right away. Mario and Lazaro were awesome! They were extremely courteous, explained/resolved the issue, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend William Parrish for all your plumbing needs!
