It turns out there was a power issue to the disposal, but he took care to do as much digging as possible to help decide on next steps. A follow-up appointment was needed and he handled scheduling and coordinating the work for a same-week fix. Definitely recommend.

Nahu is fabulous! He came for my annual routine water heater maintenance and discovered a small water leak from one of the pipes coming from the house. He replaced that faulty pipe which had been installed during the original construction of my home. $1.5k feels kind of steep for unclogging one sink, replacing the cartridge and handle on one tub, and flushing a water heater, if I'm honest, and that's with picking the low end (bottom two levels) of the tiered prices. But it's nice to know Mike was certified and insured.

Impressed With Mr. Parrish’s Attention
EDIT: Within 30 minutes of leaving this review, the owner contacted me personally to apologize and explain that they are using an answering service who gave me inaccurate information. I’ve always been of the opinion that a business should be judged by the way they handle screw-ups, perhaps even more than when they do everything right. While I was able to find someone else to handle this job promptly, I am impressed with Mr. Parrish’s attention to customer (and potential customer) satisfaction and will give them another chance in the future.
Original review: I called on a Monday based on their reviews and the fact that they offered same day service. I needed to have a leaking pipe fixed ASAP as it was causing damage to my cabinets and drywall. I was told that the earliest appointment would be three days later on Thursday. When I brought up the fact that they advertise same day service, I was met with “I’m really sorry about that” and no explanation. Why advertise a service that you apparently don’t offer?

I had a great experience with William Parrish Plumbing from start to finish. When I called at 7 a.m. to request an appointment for a water heater replacement, my phone call was answered by a friendly receptionist and I scheduled an afternoon appointment. A couple of hours later, Mr. Parrish called me and asked if I would be available earlier to allow for a same-day installation, which I was very happy to accommodate. The technician Kyle was friendly and helpful and explained my options for the water heater installation with various pricing options from good, better, to best (from replacement of the unit only to also replacing the gas line, pipes, etc.). He was thorough and took time when the job was finished to make sure the water was running well through several areas of the house and wrote the date of installation on the tank and warranty details on the tank with a Sharpie. I’m glad to have a company I will call for future plumbing needs.
